Here at Van Gogh's we specialize in making Pannenkoeken or Dutch Pancakes. These are large crepe style pancakes that are served open faced and can be sweet or savory. We also serve a variety of other Dutch delights such as Stampots, Stroopwaffles and our delicious Amsterdam Fog Tea. At Van Gogh's, we boast a beautiful contemporary interior with bits of Holland, a quaint beer garden inspired patio and cuisine unlike any other in Springfield! Try us for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. You can also pop in for a sweet treat, cocktail, espresso and local brewed kombucha.

As pet owners ourselves, we know how fu it is to take them on walks around the Historic Commercial Street Area, so we wanted to create a place where you can sit and enjoy the company of your four legged companion! Enjoy our patio seating with your furry family member during the late spring, summer and early fall. (Patio seating is closed during bad weather)

Welkom to Van Gogh's Eeterie!
In my early 20s I ventured to The Netherlands, or as you know Holland, as an exchange student in the port city of Rotterdam. I fell deeply in love with the culture, food, and art of Holland and always dreamed of bringing it back home to the USA.
Finally in 2017 I was able to make that dream come true and opened our beautiful Dutch inspired Eeterie on Historic Commercial Street in Springfield, MO!
Our menu is different for the Midwest and truly drops you in the middle of a European experience! We are family owned and cook from scratch! We hope you truly enjoy your trip to the Netherlands here in Springfield, MO!
